SHIPPING FAQS

1. When will my order be shipped?

Conservatively, I’ll require 5-7 working days before shipping your items. I presently hold a full-time job and (will soon) have a newborn, so time is required to package them and ship them out.

However, that said, should you need an order by a certain date, please communicate that to me and I’ll see how best I can accommodate your request!

2. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Once we mail your item, delivery time is dependent on Singpost or NinjaVan. Based on our experience, normal mail takes up to 4-5 business days while NinjaVan courier takes 2-3 days.

3. I need an item by a certain date. What do I do?

Please always let me know beforehand so that we can see how best I can help you.

4. Can I meet up to collect my order to save on shipping costs?

Generally, I do not do meet-ups unless in very specific situations (e.g. time constraints). 

5. My normal mail didn’t arrive! 

We highly encourage customers to take the registered mail option. We will not be liable for any lost normal mail.

PRODUCT FAQS

1. I am not happy with the product I purchased. Can I please return them and get a refund or do an exchange?

I make every effort to provide customers with all dimensions, pictures in natural lighting and relevant details for our products. Thus, I do not accept returns for such reasons. Exchanges are possible in specific situations, and only if the item is returned in its original condition. Please contact us should there be an item you may consider an exchange.

2. The product I received is damaged. What do I do?

Please contact me! I do refunds or replacements for damaged goods.
